This recipe is a keeper! I paired it with stir fry veggies and rice. I topped it off with my own version of "yum yum sauce" which is a mixture of mayo, sriracha, and sweet chili sauce (sooo good).
I love this flavor profile--mozz, basil, and tomatoes is heaven on a plate. I could eat this salad everyday and have been recently! I've been taking full advantage of the Farmer's Market and their tomatoes and basil.
